VOLUNTEER

There are countless volunteer opportunities at COM! With such a wide range of ministries and programs, there are always ways for you to serve no matter what your skills or interests may be.

It is fair to say that COM would not exist without the faithful service of our volunteers. We would never have gotten off the ground and would not have the capacity today without passionate men and women like you. Together, we are working to provide services and connections that will break the cycles of poverty that exist in our community

So if you are looking for a way to get involved in your community and make a difference, this is it! Check out a few of our regular opportunities below, or call/email us to find out about other ways to get plugged in. We are always happy to have a conversation with you about the best ways to give back to our awesome community.

Pantry Distribution

Tue 5:00-7:00, Thur/Sat 9:00-12:00

Come help distribute food to families experiencing risk of hunger. Volunteers help neighbors shop, pray for shoppers, and load up groceries in cars. Delivery drivers are also sometimes needed to deliver groceries to home bound individuals.

*This is a great once a month opportunity for groups of 5-10 people.

Project Thrive helps neighbors learn life skills. Perhaps more importantly, it gives us an opportunity to build relationships with those we serve and get to know more about them. Volunteers can help by facilitating a class.
