Come visit our store for incredible deals! Compassion Thrift is a source of affordable clothing, furniture, and household items. All of the money raised from thrift store sales goes to support the operations of COM.
We are located right behind the Bolivar Fire Station.
Our hours are Tuesday-Friday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
We accept donations Tuesday-Friday from 10 AM to 2 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 12 PM. When you come to make a donation, please go directly to the warehouse door instead of the front desk of the store. We accept clothing, shoes, jewelry, books, records, movies, games, toys, sports equipment, housewares, collectibles, antiques, knickknacks, tools, and furniture. Items we do NOT take include used paint/chemicals, car seats, and furniture in poor condition. We reserve the right to refuse any donations that we feel we cannot utilize for the betterment of our ministry.
We also accept the following items for a fee. The fee helps us cover the cost of recycling these items if they do not work and we are unable to sell them in the store. Learn more about our electronics recycling program HERE.

We can pick up or deliver furniture or other large item donations for a fee (typically on Wednesday mornings). Pick-ups of donations cost $20 for trips in Bolivar, and $40 for destinations outside of Bolivar. We do NOT pick up or deliver outside of Polk County.
