Motivated by the love of Christ and seeing the value of every person, Community Outreach Ministries exists to eliminate food insecurity in Polk County by empowering our neighbors through relationships and long-term development.

Our ministries provide assistance through emergency financial help, food, case management, life skills classes, and other necessary services for people in our community. We do this in pursuit of Christ's commandments to love and care for our neighbor.

FOR I WAS HUNGRY AND YOU GAVE ME SOMETHING TO EAT, I WAS THIRSTY AND YOU GAVE ME SOMETHING TO DRINK, I WAS A STRANGER AND YOU INVITED ME IN, I NEEDED CLOTHES AND YOU CLOTHED ME, I WAS SICK AND YOU LOOKED AFTER ME, I WAS IN PRISON AND YOU CAME TO SEE ME.
