The Food Pantry

The Pantry is a member of Ozarks Food Harvest. Assistance is provided in the form of USDA/TEFAP foods, Senior Boxes, and donated food items. Donated food items come from local businesses and community members.  We operate a drive-thru pantry.

Clients may come through the pantry for dry goods and commodities once a month, and may come for fresh produce once a week.

In addition to the Bolivar Pantry, COM also takes food to Humansville for distribution on the second Tuesday morning of every month. Call 417-326-2769 for more info.

To apply for food pantry assistance, please present the following items at time of arrival:

  • Social security cards for everyone in the household

  • Photo ID for everyone over the age of 18

  • Proof of address (utility bill or mail from last 30 days)

  • Proof of income (paystub, Social Security letter, letter from SNAP, etc.)

Clients must be under 185% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) to receive USDA TEFAP commodities and under 200% FPL for non-USDA foods.

COM utilizes the Charity Tracker online system for food and other assistance to ensure each client receives the proper help.
